Jessica Manta-Meyer is a Director at Public Profit. She is responsible for designing evaluation studies, managing implementation, conducting site visits, facilitating meetings and trainings, and authoring findings reports.

Jessica serves as the project lead for a number of Public Profit’s evaluations, including: an evaluation of publicly funded comprehensive after school programs in West Contra Costa County Unified School District; an evaluation of a statewide migrant pupil tutoring program and bilingual/bicultural teacher training program (California Mini-Corps); and a nationwide network of after school intermediaries funded by the Charles Stewart Mott Foundation. She also serves as co-lead for the YMCA of San Francisco evaluation capacity-building project, which is building the internal capacity to monitor and evaluate the Association’s diverse range of youth development programs.

Prior to joining Public Profit, Ms. Manta-Meyer had several years of experience creating, directing and evaluating a range of youth, LGBT, and health programs, including publicly funded after school programs. Her work has run the gamut of nonprofit and social service roles including nonprofit finance, human resources, development and agency-led evaluations. Ms. Manta-Meyer earned her BA degree in Latin American Studies at Carleton College, and completed a year of theology studies at the Pacific School of Religion.
